Dear (Future) Brandmakers, Culture Catalysts, and Creative Ideators:

I’d like to introduce BIC, the only Master’s program to teach branding and integrated communications in an integrated way. Here’s how it works:

Enter curious.

Consider some questions: How do brands work? What is communication’s role in building identity? In what ways are emerging technologies shaping our understanding of the world we live in? Is it possible to make new connections and develop ideas in ways that will positively impact the future?

This 36-credit, portfolio-driven, collaborative program let’s you feed your curiosity in three interdisciplinary tracks: Management/ Planning, Public Relations, and Creative.

Leave curious -- with a Master’s Degree and a portfolio. Real proof that you’re no longer just curious; you’ve got credentials.

Where our students come from is as interesting as where they’re going.

BIC student statistics (stirred not shaken) reveal a range of backgrounds from architecture, linguistics, communications, and information systems to social work, industrial design, urban planning, psychology, and electrical engineering.

They’ve got degrees from illustrious colleges such as Yale University, Dartmouth College, Rhode Island School of Design, Pratt Institute, University of Kansas, Boston College, Hunter College, Lehigh University, Franklin & Marshall College, Syracuse University, Copenhagen School of Business, and Science Po.

Many hail from the United States – especially New York City – but BIC has quite an international following with students from around the globe: Argentina, Bangladesh, Cameroon, Canada, China, Denmark, Egypt, Eritrea, Fiji, France, Germany, Greece, India, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Nigeria, Norway, Russia, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Thailand, and Turkey.

What happens when you bring together a culturally, intellectually, ethnically, socioeconomically diverse group of innovators, put them in a collaborative work environment, and challenge them to think in new ways – with the encouragement, enthusiasm, and leadership of our AMAZING faculty (please visit FACULTY page to be uber impressed) and industry mentors (check out our BOARD – pretty awesome, too. And just the tip of the iceberg)?

BICsters WIN stuff -- such as contests, grants, and scholarships.
