Nancy R. Tag

Professor and Program Director of BIC


Prior to City College, Nancy taught advertising to potential art directors, copywriters, and design managers at Parsons School of Design where she was twice the recipient of the Henry Wolf Award for Teaching Excellence.

As an active creative director and writer in New York City, Nancy’s worked on projects such as the Globe and Mail, Foster’s Ale and Yamagataya Nori (seaweed). Her many agency positions include a seat on Dentsu’s New York Board of Directors, Creative Director of Canon, Shiseido, JVC, and Noritake. Nancy has two TV commercials in the permanent collection of advertising at the Museum of Modern Art. Nancy’s first commercial was a spot for Folgers that ran for nearly twenty years. Her book, Ad Critique, is a landmark textbook that teaches both the “creatives” and the “suits” how to effectively critique creativity in advertising.

She has a BA in English from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s in Media Studies from The New School.


Cassondra Bazelow

BIC Faculty and Senior Art Director


Cassondra is a senior art director. She comes from a fine art background, starting her career with Jeff Koons.

Now, she uses those talents, and considerable industry experience, to create smart, conceptual ads. She’s helped the Most Interesting Man find the Most Interesting Fan of College Football, taught AT&T how to speak Klingon, made a stud appear from a bottle of Sun Laundry detergent, gave Star Trek fans a way to boldly binge and scored some major industry cred with a lovable recruiter bot.

Last but not least, she’s a total nerd. So, when she’s not teaching a class, she’s probably taking one - whether it’s to master the technical side of video production, draw portraits, write jokes or bake the perfect loaf of bread.


Gerardo Blumenkrantz

Associate Professor, BIC Creative Track


Gerardo Blumenkrantz has been an art director and creative consultant at some of NYC’s top advertising shops, including Ogilvy, Fallon, JWT, Comedy Central, Strawberry Frog, SS+K, and 360i. He has an MFA from the School of Visual Arts.

Gerardo has won numerous awards including the Clio, ADDY and Effie; his work has been featured in Communication Arts and among Ad Age’s Best. Recently, Gerardo won the prestigious Maurice Sendak Fellowship for Creative Storytellers.

Gerardo continues to work as an independent creative director and consultant. In 2013 he was art director and creative director for a campaign designed by Ogilvy Indonesia for the UNICEF (United Nations Children’s Fund) that is a finalist in a global awards competition for public service/social welfare ads sponsored by the London International Awards (LIA), a global ad awards program for advertising, digital, branded content, design, production, and music and sound.


Angela Chitkara

Assistant Professor, BIC Public Relations Track


Angela Chitkara is the Founder and CEO of Seven Corridors (Seven), formerly US India Corridor (USIC), a strategic level communications and business development consulting practice, serving international and bicoastal companies, from Silicon Alley to Silicon Valley.

Angela holds a Masters in International Affairs, Columbia University; a Masters in International Journalism, City University, UK; and a BA in Communications, Seton Hall University. She is a current board member with the Asian American Writer’s Workshop, a NYC-based nonprofit literary arts organization founded in support of writers, literature and community.

Angela was a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Zambia (UNZA), Africa, in 2013, where she continues work on a public relations campaign for the country as part of the Africa investment story. She recently published a study titled #PR Diversity, The Struggle is Real, which was awarded The Holmes Report 2018 Sabre Award for Innovation Excellence.


Brian Crooks

BIC Faculty and Associate Creative Director, The Barbarian Group


Brian is the Creative Director of Digital at Siegel+Gale. He is an integrated creative director with over 10 years of experience in UX, visual design, branding and advertising.

He has built mobile apps, platforms and identity systems for Fortune 100 companies, tech leaders, and small startups. Brian is passionate about finding meaningful solutions for companies and the collaborative push and pull of a great idea coming to life. His goal is simple, make sure the design and digital products he builds fit the needs and goals of each client.

Brian is also an aspiring musician, a proud father, a voracious reader and a zealous learner.

He has worked at the Barbarian Group as an Associate Creative Director making amazing digital branded products for his clients. As the lead creative on his team, his role was to work with designers and writers to make sure everything lives up to the Barbarian Motto: “It’s gonna be awesome.” He’s also worked at And Partners and Pentagram.


Douglas Davis

CUNY Associate Professor and Principal, The Davis Group LLC


Douglas Davis began his career as a digital designer for various media properties and agencies including CondeNet, ESSENCE Magazine, JWT/Brouillard, Tribal DDB, and Deutsch, among others. While Associate Creative Director at JWT/Brouillard, he was responsible for founding and co-directing the company’s Interactive division. In 2011 Douglas founded The Davis Group LLC and continues to offer strategic solutions to client branding, digital and design problems.

Douglas serves on the advisory board for New York City’s High School for Innovation in Advertising and Media (IAM). He is the author of Creative Strategy and the Business of Design.

He has been an Adjunct Professor in the Integrated Marketing Department at New York University and is currently Associate Professor of Advertising and Graphic Design within the City University of New York. He is a HOW Design university course contributor and has been a guest speaker in BIC’s @BIC lecture series.


Serge Del Grosso

BIC Faculty and Vice President, Media Services, Merkle


Serge Del Grosso leads media strategy, delivery, process development and people growth for Merkle’s Media Services team. His responsibilities include the management of media planning, buying and optimization as well as representing the media discipline as a key member of Merkle’s Digital Media management team. Serge collaborates closely with leadership on client management, media platforms and analytics and contributes to product and capability development, as well as overall value proposition and acquisition strategy. He is responsible for driving media services growth across Merkle’s offices in NY, Chicago, Pittsburgh and Charlottesville, VA offices. He joined the company in September 2015.

Serge is a recognized and accomplished media professional with the unique experience of having worked across client, agency and media sales disciplines. Prior to Merkle, Serge was Head of Media Strategy at eBay Enterprise where he managed Display Media Services, helping clients acquire, retain and grow customers leveraging eBay’s proprietary data and programmatic technology platforms. Prior to eBay Enterprise, Serge was Director of Media, North America, at SapientNitro. In this role, Serge led the media practice across all digital, traditional and emerging media channels for clients such as Borgata Online Casino, Vail Resorts, Webster Bank, Carbonite, and Visit Florida. Other prior roles included Director, Media at Sony Electronics. He won Sony’s in-house Marketing Innovation Award for his pioneering work on creating innovative cross-platform partnerships. He was Director of Media for Organic, an interactive services agency. He directed marketing/sales research teams at both CBS and FOX broadcasting. Serge began his career at Young & Rubicam Advertising, where he held various positions in media planning.

Serge is a frequent contributor to digital industry forums such as Digital Hollywood and Digiday, & OMMA. He is a graduate of New York University where he received a BA in Economics. He lives in Westchester County, NY with his wife and two children.


Scott Elias

BIC Founding Faculty and Founder/Chief Catalyst, LivingWorks Ventures


Scott Elias is co-founder of Elias Arts, the world’s largest, most-awarded audio communication agency, and Founder/CEO of LivingWorks. Elias Arts helped launch, grow, and reposition nearly 40% of the top 1,000 global brands, including, Apple, Nike, Adidas, eBay, Columbia, Universal, Yahoo, Visa, Verizon Wireless, Coke, Pepsi, Budweiser, eTrade, and Exxon.

Elias Arts has been the recipient of over 750 awards for 7500 commercial projects – including two Emmy’s and dozens of Clios, London Internationals and Cannes Lions, becoming a global leader in audio communications, branding, psychoacoustics, environmental and embedded product audio.

Scott’s latest baby, LivingWorks, is a venture accelerator that helps firms of all sizes discover and practice their “IT,” the source for growing sustainably stellar companies that are Designed for Love by all stakeholders. Scott also teaches as an adjunct professor at BIC and has hosted a week-long lecture series with industry guests called “The New New.”


Michael Farmer

BIC Faculty and Chairman/CEO,  Farmer & Company


Michael Farmer is the chairman and CEO of Farmer & Company. Prior to founding Farmer & Company in 1992, Michael Farmer was a strategy consultant with The Boston Consulting Group and a Director of Bain & Company.  He headed (in turn) Bain’s Munich, Paris and London offices during Bain’s decade of European expansion in the 1980s.

Michael served as Associate Dean for Policy and Resources at the Harvard School of Public Health.  He spent 5 years in the U.S. Navy as a Weapons Officer and as Professor of Naval Science at Iowa State University. He is an honors graduate of Princeton University and of Harvard Business School, where he graduated with an M.B.A degree with highest honors as a Baker Scholar.

He is the author of Madison Avenue Manslaughter: An Inside View of Fee-Cutting Clients, Profit-Hungry Owners and Declining Ad Agencies. He also teaches at BIC as an adjunct professor.


Belle Frank

BIC Founding Faculty and Executive Vice President, Director of Strategy & Research, Y&R


Belle Frank is the EVP and Director of Strategy and Research at Y&R.  She directs communications strategies across most of Y&R’s clients, oversees pharmaceutical communications programs for Pfizer and manages the Brand Planning Department. She was part of the team that developed Y&R’s BrandAsset® Valuator (BAV) model.

She received a 2007 AWNY, Trailblazing Working Mother of the Year award. She has a BA in French from Tufts University and holds a Master’s from Harvard in Education, in human psychological development and the effects of communication.

Belle co-authored several pieces for Admap, including “Reinventing Qualitative Research” and “Brand Strategies for an Economic Downturn” and is working on a book about advertising talent for the new world. She has lectured at conferences, at Tufts and NYU as well as Wharton and Columbia business schools. She teaches professional development for the City College of New York Media and Communication Arts program.


Zontee Hou

BIC Founding Faculty and Social Media and Digital Marketing Strategist


Zontee Hou is the founder of Media Volery and co-lead of the respected Convince & Convert consulting team.

Her 10+ years of experience in the marketing industry has garnered multiple awards including several PR News Platinum Awards and a Forrester Groundswell Award. Zontee consults for major brands and organizations including Oracle Marketing Cloud, Indiana University, and the UN Food and Agriculture Organization. She works with graduate students at Columbia University and CCNY. She’s been quoted by Social Media Examiner, Content Marketing Institute, CIO.com, and CMO.com. She has also been profiled by Direct Marketing News.

Zontee is also a regular contributor to marketing publications, including the Convince & Convert blog (ranked the #1 content marketing blog). She received her BS in Marketing and International Business from NYU Stern School of Business and MS in Strategic Communications from Columbia University.


Jake Kahana

BIC Faculty and Creative Director, Matter Unlimited


Jake is a creative director at Matter Unlimited, reorienting brands towards social good. He has consulted startups around the world, taught himself to code and is passionate about side projects that build community and tell personal stories.

Jake worked in advertising for 9 years writing and art directing campaigns for Samsung, Google, PlayStation and HTC for agencies like Deutsch and 72andSunny. He took a sabbatical to learn how to code and take time to travel. Since 2013 Jake has coded, written and designed 3800 Days in LA, a digital tour of his favorite places and stories in LA and What’s Newswordy, a summary of the day’s news in one word.

Jake gives regular workshops on creative process and job strategy at institutions including USC, University of Oregon, and 72U. He’s given talks on similar topics in LA, Chicago, Portland, and Tel Aviv.


Gabriella Mirensky

BIC Faculty and Director, Awards and Design, The One Club


Gabriela is the Awards and Design Director of The One Club. She heads the Design initiatives at The One Club, representing the organization at ico-D annual meetings. Her past clients include The One Club, Kustura Technologies and DDunn & Associates. She served for 13 years as the Director of Competitions and Exhibitions at AIGA.

 Gabriela teaches at the Universidad de Monterrey, Mexico, at the School of Visual Arts; serves as a guest critic in the Exhibition Design Graduate Program at FIT, and judges design competitions in the US and Mexico. She is also on the board of directors at MUMEDI, Mexico City’s first design museum.

Gabriela earned her bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana and her master’s degree in Printmaking at CCNY.  She is an alumna of the Arts Leadership Institute at Columbia University and Harvard University and AIGA’s joint “Business Perspectives for Creative Leaders” program.


Caroline Monday

Ellen W. Oppenheim

BIC Founding Faculty and VP, Global Industry and Marketing Strategy, Prohaska Consulting


Ellen Oppenheim brings a valuable 360° perspective to her role as VP, Global Industry and Marketing Strategy at Prohaska Consulting. Her responsibilities include working with trade associations and trade press to advance digital and programmatic practices, overseeing the company’s marketing efforts and developing new business.

Ellen has earned a reputation as a respected media strategist buyer, seller, marketer, client, professor and consultant, based on her roles with organizations such as Y&R, FCB, Time Inc. and MPA. At Oppenheim Media Consulting, she helped companies in the marketing-media industry grow revenue, as digital technology altered the landscape.

Ellen has worked with digital and analog media, spanning almost every ad category and with both branding and direct response clients. She gives back to the community, judging Mediapost’s Creative Media Awards, participating on AWNY’s (Advertising Women of NY) Foundation Board and serving as an adjunct professor in Rutgers University’s Executive Education program.


Will Parker

Will Parker is the Associate Director of Analytics at Publicis. He is an Internationally minded numbers junkie with a passion for optimizing brand experiences through data.

Pioneering his own analytic-centric approach to branding, William has consulted for some of the biggest brands in the business. Proctor & Gamble, the US Marine Corps, Ford, CVS, Home Depot, and LG have benefited from his brand strategies for growth, which have fundamentally shifted consumer attitudes and behaviors. William is now the co-founder and Chief Brand Officer for A7 Core, a B2B enterprise data solution that leverages blockchain to help facilitate a better relationship between brands, retailers, and their consumers.


Rodes Ponzer

BIC Faculty and Founder of Rodes Advisory LLC


Rodes M. Ponzer is the founder and President of Rodes Advisory, LLC. The firm specializes in strategic brand development and marketplace growth opportunities for start-ups, private equity firms and international companies looking to expand into North America.  Previously, he was Global Brand Leader for TBWA\Chiat\Day New York.

Mr. Ponzer has held a wide variety of senior executive positions at Saatchi & Saatchi, where he was responsible for overseeing General Mills cereal brands, soup brands and P&G’s baby care products. Mr. Ponzer’s work led to the successful transformation of the Cheerios brand which culminated in one of the most popular Super Bowl commercials in recent memory. Mr. Ponzer holds a Bachelor of Arts from Franklin & Marshall College. He has been a guest lecturer at Columbia Business School and NYU Stern. He was elected to the Boards of Directors of Phoenix Houses of New York and Phoenix Houses of Long Island in 2014.


Kate Rothen

BIC Founding Faculty and Partner, SS+K


Kate Rothen, Partner at SS+K, teaches the Internal Management course in the BIC MPS program, which focuses on the creation and management of communications programs in creative, design-oriented, data-rich, process-driven, and collaborative environments  (integrated communications!).  The course is a requirement for the Communications Management Track BIC students and an elective for the Creative and PR BIC students.

According to Kate's official SS+K bio, Kate sought refuge from a traditional PR career and found a home at SS+K.  She has helped clients tackle challenges ranging from fighting TV censorship to empowering female entrepreneurs to getting Americans to reconsider the electric car. She has engineered engagement strategies for clients including Chevrolet, Kraft, Audi, and Westin Hotels.  She has served as SS+K's first Director of Social Media and as Executive Director of the agency account management team. In 2011, the Impact Center named Kate as one of twelve Women's Leadership Institute Fellows.

SS+K was created twenty years ago as one of a small group of first-mover pioneers in true integrated marketing communications. The founding partners came from politics, public affairs, advertising, and design. The agency has resolutely remained "channel neutral" -- as they say: "SS+K was founded to provide great work for great clients and causes by defying the boundaries of communications at every turn."


Dee Salomon

BIC Faculty and Chief Marketing Officer, MediaLink


Dee Salomon is Chief Marketing Officer at the strategic advisory firm MediaLink where her experience in brand marketing, digital media sales and business development has been put to use by Fortune 100's, global media companies and technology start-ups.

Prior to MediaLink, Dee spent six years with Condé Nast’s digital group as SVP, Sales and Marketing, where she ran the digital media sales group, responsible for the revenue of 26 websites including Style.com, Epicurious.com, NewYorker.com, Glamour.com, and VanityFair.com.

Prior to Condé Nast, Salomon held high-level marketing positions across the fashion/retail industry including SVP of Creative Services and Advertising at Donna Karan International. She also contributed to the successful re-launch of Anne Klein as SVP of Marketing and Corporate Communications, resulting in the sale of the company to Jones New York. Salomon began her career in investment banking, working for both Hambrecht and Quist in San Francisco and Ladenburg Thalmann in New York.


Sam Saunders

BIC Faculty and Chief Creative Officer, Metropolex


Sam Saunders is an internationally-awarded creative director, writer and speaker.

He has worked at some of the best companies and ad agencies on the planet, including M&C Saatchi, Saatchi & Saatchi, JWT, Wong Doody, SS+K and Apple.

Since 2012, Sam has operated his own creative agency and consultancy. His clients include tech- and product-focussed start-ups, Sonos, L’Oreal, Pepsi, P&G, HBO, Diageo, Smart Car, as well as ad agencies globally.

Sam has been honored with numerous awards including gold at Cannes, One Show, Clios, Effies,  and the Sabres. Sam has has also judged the One Show twice and is an active speaker, having been asked to do three talks at the Cannes Lions in 2015 and two more at Cannes in 2016.

Adam Schair

BIC Faculty and Global Colleague Communications Leader


Adam Schair’s passion has always been around improving the employee experience, and enabling leaders and managers to engage and energize employees to fulfill the purpose of the business. Helping business through change has been another focus of his throughout his career.

Adam began his employee-focused career as a labor and employment law attorney. However, he spent most of his working life at Thomson Reuters where he has held leadership roles in internal communications, marketing, media relations, events and branding. His last role before going to Mercer was creating communications strategies for HR, the Chief Strategy Officer, the office of innovation, and the General Counsel. Adam also managed enterprise-wide campaigns that were designed to accelerate the shift in culture. He currently runs global internal communications for Mercer, a global professional firm that provides solutions for employers around their employees’ health, wealth and careers.


Katina Scott

BIC Faculty and Creative Strategist


Katina has worked across multiple categories and industries, including QSR/Fast Casual (Subway, Taco Bell, Wendy’s, Panera Bread), Booze (Bulleit Bourbon, Captain Morgan, Crown Royal, Guinness, Smirnoff, Rémy Martin), Finance (Capital One), OTC/Personal Care (Nicotinell, Benefiber, Vagistat, Keri Lotion), Sweet Stuff (Dove Chocolate, Twix, Skinny Cow, Häagen Dazs) and Travel/Hotels (Westin Hotels and SPG Rewards). Her work has led to a Sabre Award for Superior Achievement in Brand-Building in 2016 for Panera Bread and a Canne Silver Lion for Best Integrated Campaign for the launch of the Taco Bell breakfast daypart.

A southern state ex-pat, Katina completed her undergraduate studies at Virginia Commonwealth University and went on to get her masters in Account Planning at the VCU BrandCenter. She’s a voracious consumer of pop and polished culture, and you can often find her soaking in the sights, sounds, and sensations of the city – especially around her vibrant Harlem neighborhood.


Barry Silverman

BIC Faculty and Director of Strategy, Interbrand


Barry Silverman is currently the Director of Strategy at Interbrand. His work has taken on many forms: content development, thought leadership, direct marketing, digital communications and various traditional and non-traditional media forms. Having worked on both the agency side and client side, Barry has developed a unique ability to navigate an organization, understand the true “success drivers” and then ultimately deliver programs that achieve results.

Barry’s specialty areas include marketing communications, brand strategy, digital strategy, marketing strategy, direct marketing and content marketing. He has done this type of work in numerous categories including: Enterprise Technology, Financial, Insurance, Personal Software and Communications.

Barry has helped teams both in a corporate environment and in a classroom to develop new ideas, set goals, solve problems and learn. He thrives in a learning culture and is always a spirited participant in this type of environment.


Doug Spitzer

BIC Faculty and Chief Creative Officer, Catch New York


Doug is a founding partner and the Chief Creative Officer of Catch New York, an agency formed early in 2010 to offer clients integrated creative, strategic, and interactive services from a media-neutral approach.  Catch has served clients across a wide spectrum of categories, including HP, Nike, AARP, Curaçao Tourist Board, Kiehl’s, Loews Hotels, the New York Yankees, the NBA.

He previously carried a title as a Senior Vice President, Creative Director with the New York office of Nitro where he was primarily responsible for Foot Locker brand accounts, as well as work with leading vendors Nike and Adidas.  He also provided support as Nitro’s Head of Retail Practice, and as the Chair of its Management Team.

Doug’s work has been recognized by Forbes, NBC, the New York Times, USA Today, and the Wall Street Journal, as well as numerous business and marketing trade publications, and with several advertising industry honors.


Sandra Stahl

BIC Founding Faculty and Partner, jacobstahl, inc.


Sandra and her partner, Jeremy Jacob, founded jacobstahl in 2003. Their agency is a full-service firm  working primarily in the health sector, both Rx and OTC, and with corporate health and well-being campaigns.

Previous to creating jacobstahl, Sandra held senior U.S. and global positions on the agency and corporate sides.  She served as  the VP of Marketing Communications at CDx Laboratories, and before that served over 15 years, concluding her service as Executive Vice President of the Healthcare Practice at Ruder Finn Public Relations.

Sandra is an active member of several non-profit boards and committees. She has had articles published in the Journal of the American Dental Association, Pharmaceutical Executive and the New Farm.  She has also authored over 20 articles on communications strategy, issues, and stakeholder connectivity in business, communications, and pharmaceutical industry publications.  Sandra received her B.A. degree in Political Science and Sociology from CUNY, Queens College.


Jason Stefanik

BIC Faculty and Freelance Art Director/Creative Director


Jason is a freelance Art Director and Creative Director with experience in advertising, entertainment and branded content.

Jason was most recently a VP / Art Director / Creative Director at BBDO New York where he and his partner Alex Taylor ran the Diet Dew and Champs Sports accounts. While at BBDO, they won and launched the popular Foot Locker "Approved" campaign, and created well-known work for Snickers, Fed-Ex and AT&T.

During his 12-year career he has consistently created advertising that breaks into popular culture, having been featured on The Today Show, CNN, ABC News, New York Magazine’s Approval Matrix, Mashable, ESPN, Bleacher Report, TBS Funniest Commercials of the Year and in the print edition of The New York Times. And he’s been repeatedly acknowledged by the industry with Cannes Lions, One Show Pencils, ADC Cubes, Clios and many other international advertising awards.


Andrew Tider

BIC Faculty and Entrepreneur & Creative Director


Andy’s worked at BBH, Wieden+Kennedy, EVB, Razorfish, @Radical, BBDO, SS+K, TAXI, 360i.

He’s “fooled” judges at various ad industry awards shows (ONE Show, FWA, etc.) into giving his work high praise and has also bribed journalists from Forbes, WIRED, BusinessWeek, The New York Times and Poughkeepsie Cheese Monthly into writing about said work.

In the past few years he’s re-invented himself a few times. First as a stuffed toy designer and manufacturer: Sanchez & Friends is the line of plush toys he created (now sold at UrbanOutfitters). More recently, (2010) he turned himself into a triathlete and Co-Founder of the tech startup Munchly, a mobile service that enables fans in stadiums to buy hot dogs and beer via their smart phone.

When not working on an entrepreneurial project, he occasionally still freelances as a Creative/Art Director for agencies in NY and on the west coast.


Ricard Valero

BIC Faculty and Group Creative Director, Ogilvy New York


Ricard Valero is a creative director at Ogilvy and Mather NY. He has worked at EURO RSCG Madrid, Y&R Milan DDB Milan, JWT Milan, BBDO SF and Eleven. His work has been awarded at all the major award shows: Cannes Lions, D&AD, The one Show, Clios, etc. He was lucky to work with very good creatives that took the time to mentor him and helped him improve every day. That’s why he loves to do the same with the young creatives at the beginning of their careers. By doing so, he will end up learning something from them too.


Yury Vargas

Yury Vargas is the Digital Creative Director at Dexposito & Partners, a Hispanic advertising agency in NYC. He’s responsible for the conceptual development and execution of creative for websites, microsites, eBlasts, landing pages, Display and Rich Media banner ads, and digital components of integrated campaigns, including mobile and web responsive executions. Clients include: McDonald's Tristate Area, AARP, Tajín, Choice Hotels and ConAgra Foods.


Carole Walker

Carole is currently a consultant at Index, Prohaska Consulting and Integrity Marketing & Media, LLC.  Since 2013, Carole has been a marketing and media consultant, counting Novartis, Oscar Health insurance, Johnson & Johnsons, GE, Demand Media, and Hackensack Meridian Health, among others as her clients.

Carole was among the iMedia Class25 top influential executives in the 2010 Internet industry.  From 2000-2007 Carole served on the Executive Board of the Global media-auditing firm, BPA Worldwide, and as Chairman of the Board, 2006. In 2007, Advertising Age honored Carole as a Marketing Woman to Watch! In partnership with the iab, Microsoft, Marketing Evolution and Kraft, she developed and tested the methodology that validated digital advertising’s positive ROI, earning Carole the coveted ad:tech Industry Achievement Award in 2011.

Carole is an adjunct professor at Rutgers University’s Integrated Marketing Communications Mini MBA Executive Education Program, and at City College New York’s BIC Master’s Program.
